Clear appointment information before you book.
Deposits
All appointments require a non refundable deposit to secure your booking, this will be deducted off your remaining balance. Clients receiving dermal fillers will be required to pay £30 deposit. Anti wrinkle clients will require 50% deposit. Failure to pay could result in cancellation of your appointment.
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late I may not be able to carry out your treatment and could loose your appointment. This could result in full charge of the service. Please contact me if you know you will be late, I always will try my best to rearrange your booking.
Cancellations
In the event you need to cancel, please contact me 48 hours before your appointment either to cancel or reschedule. However, missed cancellations will be charged 50% of appointment total.
No Shows
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service fee. Failure to pay a no show fee will be blacklisted from booking again.
